Obama’s Afghan Military Escalation
Reinforces Terrorism—Not the Opposite
Keeping It Real

The terrorism of the U.S. military occupations in Afghanistan and Iraq breeds only the further terrorism of revenge. Barack Obamas military escalation in Afghanistan, ensures not deters, terrorism; and notwithstanding his lofty rhetoric he knows this full well.

It does not take a scientific genius to grasp the fact that military occupation of a sovereign nation by a foreign power breeds utter contempt while simultaneously laying the foundation for revenge [i.e. so-called terrorism]. Barack Obama, the corporate / military industrial complex, and the pathetic corporate media are all very much aware of this, though they cynically feign the best of intentions and ignorance like the sly fox that just raided the chicken coop.

In the first year of his presidency, Obama has conclusively demonstrated that he is a conscious and willing tool / puppet of the corporate blood suckers, apartheid Zionists, and the military elite. With his academic background in U.S. Constitutional law, Obama has continued the methodical gutting and shredding of the constitution and the U.S. Bill of Rights, and he knows precisely what he is doing. His Jimmy Carter-like smile and his feel good rhetoric masks a cynically diabolical and opportunist politician bent on serving his masters at the expense of the every day people, just as he did in Chicago, where he served the powerful and corrupt Daley political machine of the so-called Democratic Party.

Unfortunately, in the very name of progress, this nation has moved from the very bad but inarticulate Bush / Cheney regime, to the much more articulate and even worse Obama / Biden / Rahm Emanuel regime. This nation has moved dangerously backwards.

The Obama / Biden / Rahm Emanuel regime knows full well that external / foreign terrorism against the peoples of the U.S. is an essential element in both scaring, manipulating, and controlling the people of this nation while simultaneously continuing to gut and shred constitutional rights and civil liberties in this nation. Make no mistake about this. What better way to control people than to scare the living daylights out of them!

Barack Obama and his minions know quite well that his so-called health care reform legislation is nothing more than a gigantic gift to the avaricious, blood sucking insurance companies and their corporate executives. Both the Democratic and Republican parties [i.e. the Republicrats] know that most Americans are perilously unaware of the fine print contained in the thousands of pages of this fake health care reform legislation. This is no compromise---this is a sell out of every day people.

The bloody policies of military escalation in Afghanistan, continuing occupation in Iraq, and the bloody military U.S. drone attacks on the sovereign territory of Pakistan virtually assure continued if not increased revenge---so-called terrorist attacks--- against the military and civilians from and in the West in general, and the United States in particular. It must be reiterated that the Obama / Biden / Rahm Emanuel clique is extremely aware of this. So why are these policies being pursued?

The policies of U.S. military adventurism, military escalation, continuing rendition and torture, etc., are deliberate ones designed to ensure endless wars, corporate glut, and the all around dumbing-down of the U.S. population. Some mistakenly labor under the belief that the U.S. is in Afghanistan, Iraq, and elsewhere to militarily win. It is not. This is a well perpetuated myth constantly perpetrated by the U.S. Government, the corporate / military industrial complex, including the corporate self-described news media.

Notwithstanding the unnecessary deaths as de facto cannon fodder of U.S. troops and of the peoples whose lands they are in; the mere fact that the U.S. is able to continue waging endless wars is, in itself, a huge profit victory of sorts for the elite of the corporations that make the war machines, etc. Moreover, it is also a victory of sorts for the politicos whose financial trough is first and foremost, the corporations and concomitant political action committees known as PACS. Thus, U.S. wars drag on and on, and when one war is finally concluded [with horrible consequences for both the U.S. military grunts and the people whose lands they were in] another bloody conflict is soon spawned by the corporate / military elite with the always willing ostensibly patriotic assistance of the propaganda arm of the U.S. Government [i.e. the corporate media].

U.S. wars have nothing whatever to do with democracy or justice. These wars are all about profit for the few and death for the many. There is no such thing as a just war; only the just struggle for political, economic, and social self determination against said wars. Wars are waged upon humankind not for the sake of justice but for the benefit of the greedy few of which Barack Obama is the articulate, conscious, and willing puppet.

The unmitigated cheek of Barack Obama to accept the Nobel Peace Prize in Oslo, Norway, while escalating and continuing bloody wars abroad, is an affront to all justice and peace loving people in the United States and throughout the world. Moreover, Obamas reference to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. in his acceptance speech of this blood drenched Nobel Peace Prize, was utterly and wholly despicable. Obama is not merely standing on the back of Dr. Martin Luther King. Jr.; he has placed the bloody military boot of hypocrisy and corporate profit in the faces of Dr. King and the peoples of the world! No doubt Obamas slimy friends in the corporate elite of Lockheed and Goldman Sachs, etc. are extremely pleased; but the spirits of Martin Luther King, Jr., Malcolm X, John Brown, Harriet Tubman, and every day people across the globe are sickened and disgusted by his brazen display of hypocrisy and disdain for the masses of people.

Just as the Palestinian peoples struggle for the right of return to their homes and/or land which remain under brutal Zionist-Israeli, (U.S. backed) military occupation, so it is that the Black and poor people struggle for the right of return to their homes and communities in Katrina ravaged New Orleans, U.S.A. The Obama regime continues the policy of neglect and economic apartheid against Black and poor people in New Orleans.

We must organize for real justice, against the increasing political, economic, and social oppression at home and the ongoing bloody wars abroad. We must say a resounding NO to the hypocrisy, lies, and oppressive power of this corporate / military / prison industrial complex and apparatus. Be not blinded by the subterfuge, obfuscation, and hypocrisy of this corporate government.

We must unrelentingly carry on in our efforts to educate, agitate, and organize.

Onward..
