Adnan Farhan Abdul Latif, a Yemeni citizen, was held at Guantanamo Bay for over 10 years without being charged of a crime.  In 2010 he was ordered released by a Federal District Court Judge for lack of evidence of terrorist ties.  He recently died while on a hunger strike to protest his unlawful detention.
