a Black American, If you have a problem figuring-out whether come
November 3 , 2020 you’re voting "for" former Vice
President Joe Biden for President, or even say Yogi the Bear.
Bigfoot or Frosty the Snowman . . . versus Grand Pooh-Bah Donald
Trump - then no, hell no you ain’t Black! Honestly,
matter-of-fact if you’re struggling with this decision, then
what you are is a complete fool, an useful idiot, a mindless,
soulless, and spineless pawn . . .
Alas
perhaps even a “sellout” if you’re backing Trump.
Voting for Trump brands you a traitor to your people.
Truthfully a vote for Trump makes you not much different than the
Black folks who “snitched” on Harriet Tubman or who
assassinated Malcolm X . . . you are the bottom of the barrel! I
believe the most apropos term would be you’re a “White
man’s Nigger . . ..”
If
you are voting for Trump, or for that fact, not voting
at all, or voting for a 3rd party/Independent candidate - then yes,
hell yes - you’re a simpleminded dumb-ass, who’s either
politically/socially ignorant, or there’s a financial reason
behind why you’re betraying, alas selling your own people down
the river, while in the midst of a racial cold war which is, as we
speak, is igniting into this divided nation’s second civil war.
This ain’t the time nor the place baby to get all
philosophically high n’ mighty, but rather now is the time to
put Jack back in the box, end the madness - tomorrow we’ll
reconfigure the world, make it colorblind, feed the hungry, heal the
sick, raise the dead . . . all that.
The
moment demands Black America be both “practical” and
“pragmatic” We, as a people must make a realistic
choice - vote for a change, not hold out for a long-desired and
of course undeniably deserved Messiah. This ain’t the time nor
the place baby.
Sure
you want a palatial and plush Beverly Hills mansion, but considering
the storm coming if Trump is reelected, most folks with common sense
will seek shelter in a log cabin.
For
Black America, confronted with Trump - a modern day Andrew Jackson, a
chunky George Wallace - a sinister clown backed by both the Klan and
you’re local police - this isn’t the election to be
idealistic, visionary, Utopian nor castle-building - we simply need
to get this racist, elitist and sexist con-man out of the Oval
Office.
It's
not about “what” the Democrat nominee is going to do for
Black America, it's about what Trump will “do” to Black
folks if given another term in what will be the klan sheet white
White House!
Wake-up!
Of
course I’d like a New “New Deal,” a “Square
Deal,” a Presidential “to-do list’ which resembles
the Black Panther Party’s 1966 Ten-Point Program, “What
we want, what we believe.” Nonetheless I will settle for Joe
Biden’s agenda. Sorry, but with age comes wisdom and the
ability to recognize that with compromise comes change. I want
Fredrick Douglass as President, but I’ll settle for Joe Biden,
because I want the bigoted tyrant out of the Oval Office.
Look,
if we can end the 7-ring traveling freak show circus that is the
Trump Presidency, sheer population numbers dictate America will never
have another man, backed by the Klan as President.
