Independence Day is the United States of America’s birthday, in other words, white America’s birthday, alas the birthday for ‘Trump’s” America. I’ve only one question for the birthday boys n’ gals — “what do you want for “your” country on its birthday ?”

I don’t believe its racial equality, cultural inclusion and tolerance. I can’t believe its brother/sister-hood. I don’t think Disney’s “It’s a small world,” Coke’s Iconic ‘I'd like to teach the world to sing” or the MTV era’s “We are the World.” No, instead they want to hear Sweet Home Alabama!

Call me delusional, but I’d suggest Trump’s troops desire absolute and audacious “White Power.” Trump’s people want “White dominance and supremacy” gift-wrapped, and presented to them at a Cracker Barrel restaurant somewhere below the Mason-Dixon Line.

Trump’s White folks want control of what they perceive as “their” country - America. They want to regain that caveman-like stranglehold on American culture and way-of-life. They want to dictate “what” the court-of public opinion thinks. They want a “United American Kingdom of White People'' in which we Americans-of color are expected to return to the historical “Gone with the wind” script of ‘kissing white folk’s’ asses, simply happy and content they ‘let us stay’ in their personal, private and exclusive “Vanilla Utopia” which they created with nothing but their own individual hard work — all-by-themselves, no assistance from anyone.

Yes, most White folks have adopted and embraced that far-fetched fantasy. They fantasize about Black and Brown folks having to “shut the you know what up.” They daydream about physically forcing us to stop all this bitchin’ and cryin’ - cease asking for a piece of ‘their” pie. They wish we’d just be happy with whatever scraps and crumbs fall from their table.

We ought turn a blind-eye to Confederate statues, to a nation-wide “Gestapo’” Storm Trooper' police mentality, to coast-to-coast real estate redlining, occupational glass ceilings, subpar health care, schools which are warehouses which ship most black kids off to mediocrity at best, struggling to survive, all the inequalities of life in America should be tolerated by Blacks, and other Americans of color.

Yes, the deeply-seeded insecurities and misplaced arrogance which plagues Trump’s America will enable them to continue-to demand we, the unwanted and unwelcome keep playing along with their fake, fabricated and phony white supremacy fairy tale. And that’s not going to happen, “push has come to shove!’

Think, recall, visualize 1980 South African minority white rule. Trump’s cult seeks that type arrangement.

Trump’s troops desire, actually believe themselves divinely deserving of everything worth having; their cookies, ice cream, candy and even their gluten-free apple pie — they want it all. As Trump’s niece points-out, “too much and never enough” fits Little Lord Trump and his cult of followers like a “tight” white sheet. . .

They want the ever-elusive American Dream, all to themselves — they want to tighten what they believe is a loosening, sipping stranglehold on every matter, which matters. Educational attainment, and the financial prosperity which accompanies it, cultural domination and supremacy, to live long and prosper with a notion-of security and stability — reserved for only White folks.

However, as much as they want to maintain society-wide white supremacy, I believe there’s a significant element which wants to put Black folks “back in chains:” they want to straighten us out, send a message, putta whuppin on us, lake sure we understand who’s running this country!

Trump’s silent mainstream ‘slight” majority have wet dreams in which Black folks “step-off” the street when they walk-by, never look them in the eye. They want to live in a land where a Black man never looks-at nor says a word to a white woman. Blacks are to be docile, speak mildly and meekly to white folks, never raise our voice for any reason — “be seen, but not heard.” This significant slice of White America detests the notion of societal unity, racial inclusion and cultural diversity, translation they don’t want racial equality.

No Black neighbors, Black bosses at work, Black in-laws, Black students in classrooms with their kids. No Blacks walking around “their'' mall'' or “their’ downtown No, they don’t want uppity Black Quarterbacks on their favorite NFL teams. They don’t want to go camping, fishing, hiking, biking or skiing and god-forbid seeing Black folks. They don’t want to go to Disneyland and see Black folks there, outside the help.

They don’t want no “uppity” Black driver’s driving in NASCAR races. . . named Bubba.

As Trump has said, real white people like himself, non-mask wearing white folks want a Jewish man counting their money, a Brown man fixing their roof, a Yellow man keeping the yard up for them. A “dumb’ blond in the kitchen. Seriously, this is the 1952 “wet-dream” which Trump’s White America yearns-for. They want the ‘Bull Connor' good ol' boy police force, designed to serve and protect innate good white folks from inherently bad Black and Latino folks — law enforcement warriors empowered to play “judge, jury and executioner” out in the streets of America. They yearn to turn the dogs and tanks loose, slowly choke the life out of Black people every single day, in any barbaric way they see fit.

Ain’t that a bitch?

American history illustrates such a separate and unequal nation, the decades of national ‘White flight,” the deliberate disinvestment in “old America,” the reality White America places a much greater emphasis on “for-profit” prisons then they do preschools for all. . . It’s just clear, obvious and undeniable they don’t give-a damn about us.

I surmise most, not all, but certainly ‘most” white folks — Trump’s genuine authentic American patriots - just don’t “like” Black folks. They’re not too-high on other Americans-of color, and honestly these self-anointed, non-masks wearing “Super” white men only like White women who ‘know” and “stay’ in their assigned subservient 2nd-class place. They despise “a woman with a mind of her own!”

Super-duper White men, cape, tights and all. . . But no mask.

Straight, no chaser — white folks will never cop-to the truth and confess — nonetheless what they want is “America apartheid” — Colored folks live on one side of town- “Urban Reservations” while White folks live everywhere else. It's the America white folks used to have, it's the America they want to return to. Americans-of color are here to serve superior White folks — labor and toil for them. The Black woman here to dance, sing and sexually please white men on a whim. The male competed in physical contest for White folk’s amusement.

Seriously!

White America’s 2020 “Independence Day” birthday wish is unquestionably to return-to yesteryear, the “good ol” days’ when they’d concocted a monopoly on economic prosperity, physical comfort and emotional tranquility — life was good because, via genocide, land grabs, Slavery, Jim Crow and a separate and unequal system — most white folks put-in less, and got a whole hell of a lot more out than everybody else did. The “game of life” was “fixed” and “rigged” in absolute favor of white folks, particularly and specifically White males, allowing them to create an exclusive hold on assets and resources, access to choices and options. Translation — accumulate power, i.e., White Power.

Trump will use the war-cry “White Power” and/or ‘Nigger” before this summer is over, wait n’ see! To rally the troops.

There are some white folks, perhaps just a few million, who want to march Black folks and other people-of color off-to the concentration camp ovens and gas chambers, the firing squads and fields of trees bearing ‘“strange fruit,” if you can dig Billie Holiday. . . And I don’t believe there are enough “good and decent” FOX News watching white folks to stop their loved ones from committing another round-of genocide.

Instead, I believe millions would sit quietly-by, as they’ve done over the centuries and watch the chaos and mayhem. It would be so-quiet, one could hear a rat piss on cotton. . ..
