Any article, art or cartoon published by www.BlackCommentator.com may be printed without payment of a royalty for posting in your office or home.

If you wish to publish something from BlackCommentator.com we will either put you in touch with the writer to gain permission or get permission for you from them. In most cases re-print permission without any charge is granted.

Any BlackCommentator.com article you publish must re-printed in its entirety and full credit given to the author and www.BlackCommentator.com. If the re-print is on the Internet we additionally require a link back to the original piece on our Website.

Regarding any cartoon found on www.BlackCommentator.com, our policy is as follows:

You do not have permission to re-print any cartoon for which the source is PoliticalCartoons.com. BC has contracted for publication rights for cartoons and other copyrighted material from PoliticalCartoons.com.
