Pro-Wrestling, and the National Hockey League, while hating the NFL
and NBA. Mega fans of persecuted reverse discriminated against Great
White Christian Hope, Tim Tebow. The fans of NASCAR. Monster Trucks,
Reruns of Married
with Children, Duck
Dynasty - it is this slice of the demographic apple pie which is the
base of “he
whose name shall not be spoken…’
Sorry
but stereotypes are rooted in long-established cultural preferences
and tendencies...
I
understood Obama’s Black
reign of
socialist terror had created this delusional perception across White
America that the sky
was falling,
biblical Pat Robertson “end of the word” type ‘Doomsday”
stuff. I’ve been beating the hell out of this conga drum, right
Peter G? But good god, I have been repetitive, repetitious,
repeated, and routine, you bet, like clockwork, virtually every week
now, for years I’ve not strayed too far from reality.
All
the disdain, animosity, and hostility I’ve maintained sat right
beneath their cultural surface, has surfaced. what I’ve written
off, warned was on the horizon...is on the horizon, as Biden said a
few years ago “they want to put you back in chains” -
President Biden knows his people, Black folks don’t. Far too
many of us thought White America would surrender and submit to “Black
Rule,” accept the inevitable diversification and power-sharing.
Fools...! Instead Trump’s clan is about to, as I’ve
argued, not merely turn back the hands of time, they hope to rip the
clock off the wall.
I’ve
meat-headedly refused to engage in the small, simple-minded naive
practice of pretending Black America’s hair ain’t on
fire. It is. Hear me now: Much of White America regrets taking down
the “No
Jews/Niggers/Spics/Chimks and Dogs” Signs.
Once more, let’s roll and stroll down the BET Soul Train line
one more time...
Matter
of fact, they’re mighty determined to proudly
rehang
them… Proudly
I say!
Black
America cannot guilt, shame nor force White folks to live up to the
high and mighty words of the
US Constitution, The Declaration of Independence, and
Bill Of Rights because
these noble ideas and concepts of a “civilized”
civilization were never really intended to apply to nonwhite people.
All those pretty words are out the window today, Democracy exchanged
for White Supremacy and Nationalism. They’ll take a White King
over a democratically elected man or woman of the people, the little
people ...the unwashed and unworthy masses - you and I. We don’t
matter now count and our voices need not be heard nor heeded.
It’s
that simple. No deeper nor complex. Oh,
why can’t the blind see?
And
today, circa 2022 they’d like to resend the ideal of Democracy,
i.e., representative government, elective government, constitutional
government, popular government, self-government. Government by
the people is
to be rescinded because check it, White people are no longer
numerically or culturally dominant American society.
They
today don’t want the world’s version of US History, they
want the painted and tainted “White guy version,” Trump’s
version of America...oh why can’t the blind see?
Columbus...the
explorer, not an invader. The
Alamo
was all about Davey Crockett, Sam Houston, and John Wayne wanting to
help those Texas settlers live free… slavery wasn’t even
on the table. The
Injunes
were just warring among themselves, wasting all God’s country,
so settlers and pioneers came in and waged slow genocide against the
noble Red people, while slaughtering the Buffalo, chopping down the
grandest of all the gigantic, majestic Redwood Squioiat tress...
Slavery
was really an ethical, upstanding, and righteous good institution,
akin to having “Foster Children” - the good decent White
man was just trying to help
Black folks, give our savage lives meaning and purpose, put our lazy
black behinds to work...
It’s
just so flippin’ ridiculous.
The
vast majority of White Americans, don’t sleep on that reality,
and they wish their kids be brainwashed with their half-truths,
instead of the world’s
agreed-upon
version of events. It’s so dismissive
of the whole wide world, of the actual “real” story
humanity maintains is the truth.
Instead,
their idealized version of US history (“American
Exceptionalism”)
is delusional, laced with misplaced arrogance and blatant ignorance
of factual realities, entrenched in the narcissistic idea of “screw
the world, damn the truth! We won, and how we did it, don’t
matter. We just came out on top - recognize!”
I
find that amazing... Trump’s 80 million-strong cult is a
monolithic, fossilized and unchanging sub-group so disconnected and
indifferent with the truth, and so much more obsessed with their
individual situation and national/global domination - that we’d
better wake up…before we’re back pickin’ cotton
and tobacco, well today that’d be picking Marijuana…
It’s
a new day. Maybe not.
