Yes,
perhaps I am a tad too cynical and negative when it comes to
believing “White” America has had some
comin’ to baby Jesus
moment over the last half century. And now, come 2022, there’s
a new collective belief in brotherhood,
sharing
resources and power,
living together
as neighbors,
co-workers, classmates…
and in-laws.
I just do not buy it. Suddenly, after 400 years of this…
you know what. Sure,
perhaps, but I highly doubt it. After my five decades of experience
living this fixed game of life, I trust my “spider senses.”
That’s
why I wanted to arm you with this sharp and blunt observation, a
provocative thought for your “cocktail conversations”
this weekend: Donald Trump, if anointed King again, would do to
“urban” America what Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is
doing to Ukraine…wage bloody, destructive war upon American
citizens.
Ponder
that both disturbing and distressing point, please, because it’s
true, and scary as hell.
Fourteen
days into Putin’s war and it’s undeniable to the experts
on CNN,
MSNBC, ABC,
throughout the entire alphabet, that Putin’s “war-aim”
is to simply
punish
the Ukraine people, break them like they were glass.
Putin
didn’t know, did he?
With
that noted, Trump’s backers across America are parroting his
treasonous support of Vladdy. They are, in essence, defending Putin’s
diabolical actions. They’d back and support Putin for King of
America before they’d vote for Kamala Harris for President. Now
check it, they’ll be cheering the day Trump carries out the
same actions in the Bronx or Liberty Town. You know I’m telling
the “Burning Bush” truth, you know it! Meanness
and
cruelty:
core elements of the “Right’s” historical,
traditional, strategic game plan.
Yet
another atrocity to contemplate my deeper-thinking friends: Lord
Trump, if re-elected, or if say Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is
installed - if either is anointed Grand Pooh-Bah - there does exist
the distinct and real possibility both these men would condone and
conduct this type of orchestrated chaos and mayhem upon “urban”
metropolises and megalopolises across this disconnected and disunited
nation if they could concoct some reason to do another Tulsa or
Rosewood.
Putin
is the unofficial/official “King
of all the White people on earth,” - in
his little twisted mind, but more concerning, in the minds of
millions upon millions of other White folks across parts of Europe,
the Americas and Asia - wherever the sun didn’t set on the WASP
empire.
Dig,
that’s the 3-tier Star Trek Chess these sinister dudes are
playing. This war is a part of some
global realigning of power stuff
playing out in front of our eyes, on our historical watch.
We’re
witnessing the fall of European colonialism and also the re-fall of
Russian Imperialism as Putin attempts to revive a dying monster.
China is honestly trying to dismantle British imperialism by any
barbaric means they deem necessary. Nonetheless, the world is
changing and Trump is the face of those who want America to be taken
back
and re-made a White male-dominated and led empire. And to attain that
Vanilla
Utopia,
Trump would engage in the same barbarism as Putin is today. Both men
are heartless, soulless, and obsessed with their own individual power
and place in history. Putin is bombing Ukrainian schools, churches,
and hospitals. Trump’s America has a similar history of such
atrocities, no?
I
don’t know what you people are playing, checkers, Spades,
Biz-wiz, “21” or “Tiddlywinks” but this cat
is playing “Pho’ real.”

Why can’t the blind see?!
I’m
sorry, but I just don’t believe we’re having a frank and
honest conversation about “who” and “what”
we,
as Black folks, and other Americans of color are confronted with
here, at the advent of the 21st century. An aligning of an axis of
white power? A revamped Soviet Empire, a cleansed America, Great
Britain, and other Europeans going further into white supremacy,
Canada, Austria… a new world order? China can have back its
pre-imperialism empire, and together as the fat cats, they can all
split and exploit Africa, Central America, and India?
These
are indeed interesting times we are a-livin’ through…
There’s a “big picture” and an “end game.”
Trump
yearns, at his core as the messiah of the self-acclaimed “real”
Americans, to remake “Happy-Days” and “Mayberry
RFD,” as do the millions-strong cult which backs him: all those
US Senators, Army generals, cops, teachers, lawyers, bankers, nurses,
etc., etc., etc. And just as Putin is willing to kill Ukrainians, and
starve and decimate the Russian people, Trump would have no qualms
doing the same here to select portions of the US population.
Trump
would bomb parts of California: you know, San Francisco, Fresno, and
East LA, to be sure. He might attack New York City, Chicago, Miami,
San Antonio, take back the Alamo, make it a nuclear arsenal. Atlanta,
Houston, and of course Albuquerque. Just as Vladdy isn’t
blinking an eye to slaughtering innocent children, I don’t
think merciless Trump would lose sleep over killing Americans, at
least Americans of color and White Democrats (traitorous negro
Lovers). Nor do I believe his, yes millions and millions, and
millions of followers, would be bothered by bombing Compton,
Portland, Berkeley, East St. Louis, Gary, Indiana, or Oakland if the
false pretense and excuse could be concocted.
I’d
also surmise that the rank n’ file Republicans across America
would leap into line to rationalize, minimize and justify the
attacks. Remember, the Neo-Confederacy
sits but 15 minutes outside every Chocolate City across the US.
“White flight,” both strategic and chaotic in its
motivation, has created the “two Americas” people speak
of, separate and unequal in all matters - which matters.
Bombing
Tulsa was, some say, a natural instinct. Or, perhaps, a reactionary
yet practical maneuver? The same applies to the bombing of Japanese
cities Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Nothing personal. America has been and
could be, especially under a caveman administration like Trump’s
would unquestionably be.
Indisputably,
Putin’s a cold-blooded, tyrannical mass murderer, a genocidal
killer, and he’s Trump’s role model. If I understand it
correctly, one of Donny’s other mentors is Adolf
Hitler. I
think Putin’s murderous acts could tragically be internalized
and imitated by Trump.
I
lay this troubling thought on the table because it’s a truth
this nation should accept and examine, perhaps asking themselves,
is Trump-loving America capable of committing the crimes against
humanity that Putin is guilty of?
And, in grasping this situation, does it not hammer home the
importance of voting in the upcoming elections?
