Seasons Greetings and best wishes for a healthy, happy and peaceful New Year from everyone at BC to all of our readers.

We are taking two weeks off as we usually do at this time of year. While we are away until January 11, 2007 we invite you to browse around the Website as all web pages are open.

For the record, we have never prevented anyone from gaining full access to all BC archives and search features. Since we created our paid subscription system one year ago, we have granted every single request for a free complimentary subscription. Those who have reported otherwise on the WWW have either been unaware of the facts or intentionally avoided the truth. Here at BC you can always expect to hear the truth.

If you are a regular reader and a person who travels the Internet you know there is material here you will not find anywhere else. There are imitators and even one site claiming to be the successor to BC. However, to borrow from Little Richard, BC is the Originator, the Emancipator and the Architect of Weekly Internet magazines featuring commentary, analysis and Investigations on issues affecting African Americans.

If you have not had the opportunity to meet the BC editorial board, please do so, and learn another reason why the voice and content of BC is unique.

To keep us going, please join BC by becoming a BC paid subscriber or BC contributor and support the struggle for economic and social justice and peace. For more information, visit our Frequently Asked Questions page.

Thank you.
