United States Supreme Court Justice, Clarence Thomas, may
be the most blatantly egregious and grossly
disgusting “Uncle Tom” in the history of Black
America, our nation, within a decadent fading
empire, where we are witnessing, in
“real-time” his aiding and abetting of America’s 21st-century version of the 1861
Confederacy - the most racist elements of US
society: Minute Men, Proud Boys, The GOP, The
Ku Klux Klan…. Uncle Thomas knows that and he
still sleeps at night.
He is unquestionably operating as a pawn, a hand puppet, a
“useful” idiot: let’s call him what he is - a
lawn jockey for who is essentially the Grand Wizard of some racist,
sexist, and elitist cult - Donald Trump.
Whatever its slightly debatable origin, the Black lawn
jockey became a symbol of “obedient devotion.”
And lest we forget North Carolina’s new useful
idiot, Mark Robinson, yet another vivid
illustration of this type of lost Stepin’
Fetchit House Negro.
Technically, these assorted nuts hate Black people in
general. If they could sell their worthless souls to the flame-headed
devilish wizard, in exchange for being turned
White, they’d do it in a New York second. Neither of these men should be able to get a head shine at
a Black barbershop anywhere across Black
America!
Look, I believe we, as Black people, have an abundance, a
treasure trove of evidence to convict these
sellouts of “treason” - in the first degree.
We can revoke, pull their “Black Man” Cards.
Clarence’s has been “under suspension” since
he allowed himself to be pimped by George Bush
and installed to replace the illustrious Judge
Thurgood Marshall.
My much better half asked me, “How in the world could
anyone Black vote for Trump?”
My reply “I’d like to hear their reasons for voting for
this hustling White supremacist.”
What could their reasoning be?
His elitist economic policies?
I do know more than a few high falutin people of color who
vote their wallets and purses and almost
dismiss every other issue.
His dictatorial support of foreign policies?
How could a person of color support Europeans like Putin
and Trump who hate the United Nations and
virtually all concepts of global equality?
Can it be what Grand Pooh-But claims it is: there are
those elements of Black America that would buy
his golden patient plastic kicks because
trashy recognizes trashy?
Perhaps these men reflect the millions of Black Trump
backers who are, too, victims of
“self-hatred?”
One must not marginalize the hard truth: there are those
Black folks who hate themselves and hate their
fellow Black people. They wish, hell, yearn to
be White. They have been effectively
brainwashed by the greater White society,
which screams to them in both subtle and overt
manners - you are subpar and substandard. Just
by the luck of the DNA draw you came out Black
and damned - ugly and dumb - inferior and
saddled with all the derogatory traits,
features, and characteristics mainstream White
America has hammered into our heads for the
last half a millennium. Far too many Black
folks have drunk the Kool-Aid the
Conservatives/ Confederates/ Supremacists have
been selling us:n Black folks are inferior.
I also know more than a few Black folks who regard the
rank n’ file Black masses not as their
societal peers: “They may be my neighbors,
however, they are not my kind” - both
despising and detesting the unwashed little
poor uneducated folks who proudly yet
ignorantly self-describe themselves as
“Niggers.” However, still, as Black
Conservatives, they Love “Black” people.
Additionally let’s recognize the historic Booker T.
Washington versus WEB DuBois internal
conflict, which was still evident with the MLK
Civil Rights movement versus Malcolm X and the
Black Power Movement. There were those who
refused to “turn the other cheek,” who were
too busy swinging to be singing “We shall
overcome” - We are not a monolithic people.
And if I’m looking for rhyme, reason, and rationale as to
“why” Blacks will vote for Trump, I know there
are those who simply and naively believe that
their individual, personal riches separate
them from the majority of Black folks who
aren’t wealthy - in the all-important eyes of
White folks. They’ve bought and spent themselves out of their
Blackness. They, too, believe rich people are better than poor folks,
because they, too, calculate that God is
money, and money is God.
Ain’t that a ….
Now, in dissecting the “hot mess” that is the Black Trump
supporter, I can’t negate the obvious: yes,
they’re technically “dumb” - uneducated, and
unenlightened. They just do not grasp the
“useful idiot” role they play in the
multi-tier chess game that is US politics.
They’re small and simple-minded, indeed
“pawns” being manipulated for a few dollars.
Shame, shame, shame on these diabolical turncoats no
matter what their thinking is!
I’m going to be sharp and blunt here: we, as a people,
struggling in a hostile land, at a critical
moment in our bloody story, ought to place
immense shame and complete guilt upon friends,
family, and co-workers who are Black, and even
considering voting for a man backed by the
Klan. Our ancestors’ efforts, their struggles
for you - they and I demand we not go
ignorantly into the good night.
